This years Sausage and Cider festival went very well with 10 teams competing. A lot of Cider was drunk (and Guinness?) and a lot of sausages eaten. We had “mixed” weather on the day (it hammered it down) but everyone enjoyed themselves. Massive thank yous to Arti & Claire for running the BBQ with Ash “supervising”; to Duncan for managing the bar again; and Gemma for organising the food. Special thanks to the refs, Brian & Stix, who did a great job keeping the games going in the spirit of the day. The final was very exciting with Touch Desperate playing Phat Kids try Touch in the final... despite roping in James Hook to the Phat Kids it was Desperate Touch who came away with the trophy…
